Joseph is 19 years old, unhoused, and had only $10 to his name when he arrived at Miracle-Ear®. He shared that his hearing loss made it difficult to understand directions and that it was hurting his social life, "…it is hard to be out when I can't hear my friends." He had worn hearing aids, but they broke years ago, making it even harder to succeed in school and find work.
