Alfred grew up in Austria and survived the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp during the Holocaust. Despite the horrors he endured, he has lived a full life and celebrated his 102nd birthday just before arriving at our New York Miracle Mission. We were honored to fit him with the Gift of Sound™ – improving his quality of life and enhancing those cherished phone calls with his grandkids and ensuring he gets the absolute most out of his golden years.
